Live policy information is temporarily unavailable. The initial information below may not be the latest version; try again before relying on it.
Signed-in customers can use Profile → Support to submit and track requests. These links open an email draft; they do not submit a request automatically.
Deletion requests require review. Active orders, settlements and legally required transaction records may affect what can be erased.
This notice covers the company website and the customer, shop, employee, driver and admin services. Platform information identifies the operator and privacy/grievance contact once confirmed. Read the purposes below before providing information. Terms acceptance does not automatically grant location or marketing permission.
The service processes the phone number used for OTP authentication, profile name and optional email, chosen city/interests, delivery addresses, wishlist, bag, orders, product reviews, notification preferences and support messages. This enables sign-in, shopping, order fulfilment, support and account security. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in reviews or support messages.
Owners provide business/store contact details, address, catalog, stock, verification documents and account information needed for onboarding and operations. Employee accounts and store assignments determine access. Identity documents are for verification, not public profiles. Store information and product listings are visible to shoppers. Do not upload customer documents as product media.
Customer location permission is optional for nearby discovery; selecting a city and entering an address supports shopping without granting device location. Drivers provide verification, vehicle details, availability and location needed for dispatch and active deliveries. Location access depends on device permission and delivery mode. Going offline and changing OS permissions affects dispatch. Review app/OS controls; background location is not implied by accepting terms.
Order totals, payment method/status, payment references, delivery events, per-order handover codes, COD cash and settlement/wallet entries support payment reconciliation, delivery confirmation and disputes. When an online payment provider is enabled, it handles the payment credentials entered into its payment interface. Do not send card details, bank passwords or UPI PINs through platform support.
Authentication tokens and account settings are stored on the device or browser so sign-in and preferences can persist. Device/push tokens may be used for notifications when enabled; security logs and request metadata help detect abuse. Website theme preferences may use local browser storage. Third-party image or map hosts can receive request metadata when those resources load. Optional tracking and marketing must be separately disclosed and controlled if introduced.
Information is used for requested account and commerce services, seller/driver verification, store access permissions, fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, transaction records and legal obligations. Optional alerts and location use depend on the choices available to you. This release does not require consent to unrelated advertising as a condition of shopping.
Sellers and assigned drivers receive the operational information needed for fulfilment. Store employee permissions are limited by assignment. Authorised support/admin staff can review issues and verification. Infrastructure, messaging, map and payment providers may process information for enabled services under their own applicable notices. Information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Never publish identity documents or delivery codes in a review.
Access controls and session authentication help protect information, but no service can promise absolute security. Retention depends on purpose and applicable legal duties. Removing a profile field is different from deleting historical transaction records. Retained information should be limited to what is required, with restricted access; request details through support. Hosting locations, backup schedules and definitive retention periods must be confirmed by the operator.
Edit profile/address information in your account. Change notification preferences and OS permissions. Through support, request information about your data, correction, erasure/account closure, withdrawal of optional consent or nomination of a representative where applicable. Verification protects your account. We will explain any legal reason for retaining information and how your request affects active orders or services. Submitting a request does not automatically complete deletion.
The current service does not offer child accounts or a guardian-consent flow. Contact support if a child’s information was submitted or if you suspect a privacy/security incident. Never attach a login code or complete identity document to a public complaint. If an issue remains unresolved, use the published grievance contact and applicable statutory complaint channels.
Check the version and updated date. Changes to data purposes require appropriate notice and, where applicable, fresh permission. Privacy requests are separate from order complaints but use the same trackable support inbox. The operator must publish confirmed identity, contact and retention details before launch.
Report damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or misdescribed goods through an order-linked support ticket. Change-of-mind returns depend on the seller terms disclosed before purchase. Support will explain eligibility, collection requirements and the refund method; statutory consumer rights remain available.
Operational data is retained while needed to provide services. Financial, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be kept after account closure where required by law. Contact support for the applicable retention period.
